अवधेश प्रताप सिंह विश्वविद्यालय रीवा, मध्य्प्रदेश स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर कि परीक्षा के परीक्षा के लिए हर वर्ष ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जारी करता है। तथा अंतिम दिनाँक तक सफलतापूर्वक आवेदन करने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों कि मार्च -अप्रेल में परीक्षा आयोजित करवाई जाती है। परीक्षा शुरू होने से लगभग 15 दिन पहले University द्वारा परीक्षा के प्रवेश -पत्र जारी किये जाते है। प्रवेश-पत्र परीक्षा के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज होता है। तथा परीक्षा हॉल में साथ लेकर जाना अनिवार्य होता है। एडमिट कार्ड के बिना परीक्षा हॉल में प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाता है। इसलिए प्रवेश -पत्र जारी होते ही सभी उम्मीदवारों को अपना प्रवेश-पत्र ऑनलाइन प्राप्त कर लेना चाहिए।
